How To Give Gifts In Stardew Valley?

Step 1: Know The Kind Of Gift They Like And Love

Every virtual friend in Pelican Town has their preferences. Some like flowers, some fancy gems, and others may crave a freshly baked pie.

To befriend them, you have to know their tastes. Also, take a look at their schedule because no one likes surprise gifts when they’re hitting the hay.

Step 2: Obtain The Gift

Get the gifts they like. If you want to give a Rhubarb’s Pie, bake it first.  Of course, you can’t give out a cake you haven’t baked.

Step 3: Load Up the Gift

Assuming your equipment bar is a gift-wrapping station, just pop the pie or whatever else you’ve got in there.

Step 4: Hand Over The Gift

Select your beautifully wrapped gift from the equipment bar and point it at the lucky NPC.

Step 5: Gauge The Reaction

After you’ve bestowed your gift upon them, check their heart indicator. If it grows, that’s fantastic. You’re doing it right, and If it shrinks, then It is a wrong gift. However, hearts take time to bloom, so be patient.
